About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Sharon, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient behavioral health role focused on psychotherapy, assessments, and mental health support. The position offers a manageable patient volume averaging approximately 5 patients daily, with a stable weekday-only schedule that includes no weekends, no nights, and no on-call responsibilities. The role is within a community-focused behavioral health environment serving patients of all ages in Western Pennsylvania, an area known for its strong community atmosphere and historic downtown setting.

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to practice independently within collaborative outpatient setting REQUIRED
• New graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services for mental health and substance abuse treatment
• Conduct patient screenings, assessments, and diagnoses
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health and support teams
