Deer Oaks Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services to residents in one or more long-term care facilities in the clinician’s local community. The role is onsite and includes therapy, assessment, care planning, and behavioral health support for older adults and people with chronic medical conditions. The position offers professional autonomy, a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, and administrative and clinical support. The clinician provides individual, family, and group therapy; conducts clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, screenings, and treatment planning; and supports residents with concerns and conditions common in long-term care, including depression, anxiety, adjustment to illness, grief, trauma, substance use, and behavioral disturbances.
