About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists in Washington State who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role is based in a brand-new clinic in Lakewood, where clinicians can choose their office. The position offers part-time and full-time options and is a W-2 employed position. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $90,000–$115,000 and uncapped earning potential. A sign-on bonus and cash-based incentive program are also offered.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
