The role involves providing telehealth sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements

An active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population.
The ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Kentucky.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR).
Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care.
