About The Position

Requirements

An active Oklahoma independent license (LPC or LCSW).
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a strong passion for serving this population.
The ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
A commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Oklahoma.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
Support children and families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care.
