Link Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join its growing startup. The role offers the opportunity to help shape programs and processes in a dynamic environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and ownership. The LCSW provides behavioral health assessment and treatment, including work with clients’ mental health and/or substance use needs. The position also involves coordinating care with healthcare professionals and community organizations, providing crisis support, maintaining clinical documentation, and educating clients and families. The listed salary range is $58,000–$103,000, depending on experience and part-time or full-time status.
Requirements
- Licensed in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, including intake interviews, screenings, and evaluations, to identify clients’ mental health and/or substance use needs.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on clients’ goals, preferences, and clinical needs, updating plans to reflect progress and setbacks.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
- Coordinate and collaborate with psychiatrists, medical doctors, social workers, and community organizations to support comprehensive care and use of resources.
- Provide crisis intervention, including de-escalation techniques and safety planning, for clients in acute distress or experiencing mental health crises.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
- Educate clients and families about mental health, coping strategies, and available resources, and encourage their active participation in treatment and recovery planning.
