About The Position
We are seeking an LCSW to provide therapy and clinical support to clients throughout Missouri. The position includes completing assessments, developing treatment plans, conducting individual therapy sessions, and following client progress over time.
Requirements
- Active Missouri LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Clinical experience in mental health treatment
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Organized and self-directed work style
Responsibilities
- Complete psychosocial assessments through telehealth
- Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Review client progress and adjust goals or treatment as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow applicable ethical, legal, and Missouri licensing requirements
- Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries
