About The Position

An opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide full-time therapy services in a remote telehealth environment in Oklahoma. The role focuses on helping clients navigate mental health concerns through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support. Day-to-day work is practical and client-centered, with a strong focus on clinical care, continuity, and measurable progress.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The stated annual salary range is $115,000 to $120,000.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual intake appointments and regular therapy sessions.
• Assess emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop treatment plans and update them based on client progress.
• Maintain organized and timely progress notes.
• Provide clinically appropriate therapeutic support and interventions.
• Address crisis situations according to established procedures.
