About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Indiana. This role focuses on helping clients understand their concerns, work through emotional and behavioral challenges, and build practical tools they can use in daily life. As a telehealth LCSW, you will conduct virtual therapy sessions, complete assessments, create treatment plans, and document client progress through a secure clinical platform. This position is best suited for a clinician who enjoys direct therapy work, organized care planning, and consistent client interaction in a remote setting.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Indiana
Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Comfortable providing care through virtual platforms
Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and clinical documentation standards
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical, behavioral, and social history
Create treatment plans based on each client’s symptoms, goals, and care needs
Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, adjustment issues, and relationship concerns
Use evidence-based therapy approaches that fit the client’s presentation
Monitor client progress and update treatment goals when appropriate
Maintain clear and timely documentation in the electronic health record
Follow ethical standards, privacy requirements, and Indiana telehealth regulations
Respond appropriately to safety concerns, risk factors, or care coordination needs
