About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for The Family Counseling Center in Gloversville, New York. This is a full-time, outpatient behavioral health position with a hybrid schedule. The role involves providing counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and families aged 5 and older, including individual, family, and group counseling. Responsibilities include completing assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination, as well as utilizing electronic health record systems. The position offers a supportive environment with full clinical and administrative support staff.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations age 5 and older.
• Ability to provide individual, family, and group counseling services.
• Comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Electronic health record experience.
• Commitment to providing high-quality outpatient behavioral health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling and therapeutic services for individuals and families.
• Work with diverse patient populations age 5 and older.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services.
• Complete assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and ongoing care coordination.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary behavioral health care team.
• Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
