Family Medicine Physician - Loan Repayment!
About The Position
Leading Healthcare Group seeking a Family Medicine Physician to work in Statesville, NC! This is an employed position with a 2-year guarantee and incentive bonuses available. The physician will provide medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to their community. This role offers opportunities for exceptional growth and development, working collaboratively with all physicians and staff members. The physician will provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model, conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions. Active participation in practice quality improvement programs and evaluation of practice performance metrics is expected. This will be a new office location with anticipated growth, with a patient volume of 20-25 daily.
Requirements
- NC Medical License and DEA
- Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
- Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive, effective patient experiences with our organization
- Ability to serve without prejudice or judgement regardless of lifestyle, race, economic status, age, or religious affiliation of patients
