About The Position
We are seeking an LCSW for a full-time telehealth position focused on serving clients in Tennessee. This role centers on providing direct mental health care in a virtual setting, including evaluations, therapy, progress tracking, and care coordination. The work is hands-on, structured, and centered on helping clients improve coping skills, stability, and overall well-being through consistent clinical support.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Colorado LCSW license in good standing
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Provide remote counseling sessions to assigned clients
- Complete behavioral health assessments and clinical evaluations
- Establish treatment goals and update care plans regularly
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate records
- Recognize risk factors and respond according to protocol
