Requirements
- Active West Virginia clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Must meet West Virginia requirements to provide supervision
