About The Position
Gould Medical Group is seeking skilled professionals for an outpatient mental health clinic serving a wide variety of mental health disorders for all age ranges. Duties will include individual and group psychotherapy with opportunities for family and couples’ work. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors are encouraged to apply. The role involves seeing adolescents and adults (12+) and will be integrated with the Pediatrics department for health assessments, education, and therapeutic interventions. The position primarily focuses on short-term individual psychotherapy, offering flexibility in setting work hours, schedule, treatment modality, treatment length, and patient population. Some alternative hours, including evenings after 5:00 pm, are required. Telework is available onsite, and call is one week in twenty-three (phone only). The role emphasizes low paperwork demands and no inpatient work within a stable and growing group.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
- Licensed clinician
- Ability to see adolescents and adults (12+)
- Willingness to work alternative hours, including some evenings after 5:00pm
- Willingness to participate in a phone-only call rotation
