About The Position
We are looking for an Oregon-licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services through telehealth. This position is focused on direct client care, supporting individuals as they work through mental health concerns, personal challenges, and life changes. The clinician will manage a consistent caseload while providing thoughtful, professional care in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Oregon license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience in therapy, counseling, or clinical social work
- Comfortable delivering services in a remote setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Able to provide steady and professional client care through telehealth
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with clients through a secure virtual platform
- Complete clinical assessments and identify client needs
- Establish treatment goals and update care plans as progress is made
- Provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and major life transitions
- Maintain accurate session notes and required clinical documentation
