About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: LCSW certification required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory. Must be 5150 certified in California, with completion of a training program and passing an exam with a score of 80%. Prior experience with Dignity Health is required for consideration. Minimum of two supervisory references required at the time of application. References must include one from within the past 12 months and one from within the past three years. Must provide a copy of a government-issued ID at the time of submission, with the name matching the Pulse profile—no middle initials or names permitted.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for patients in need of mental health services.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Providing counseling and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment interventions within the Cerner charting system.
