About The Position

This position gives Licensed Clinical Social Workers the opportunity to provide therapy in a remote setting while supporting clients with a wide range of behavioral health needs. You will provide intake assessments, ongoing therapy sessions, treatment planning, and clinical documentation through a secure virtual care platform. The work is steady, professional, and focused on helping clients receive quality mental health support without the barriers of in-person visits.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
• Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions with clients through telehealth
• Complete clinical intakes and psychosocial assessments
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic support for mental health symptoms and life stressors
• Document services, progress, and treatment updates accurately
• Monitor client safety and follow proper escalation procedures when needed
• Protect client confidentiality and maintain HIPAA compliance
