About The Position

Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Telehealth Opportunity | Massachusetts. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Join our growing telehealth team and provide high-quality therapy to individuals across Massachusetts. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on clients’ mental health and well-being.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Current LICSW license in Massachusetts
• 2+ years of experience in direct clinical practice

Nice To Haves

• Experience in telehealth preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and support through video and phone sessions
• Develop treatment goals and conduct assessments
• Manage case files and maintain up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
• Adhere to all HIPAA and state regulations in practice
