About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists in the Wilmington area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and/or adults, with a hybrid schedule offering telemedicine and in-person flexibility. Full-time work is available, with flexible scheduling and no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Therapists receive administrative support and work in a collegial environment with modern offices and digital technology. Collaboration with mid-level providers is optional and may provide additional compensation.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed and credentialed in one or more U.S. states.
- Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
