About The Position
We are recruiting an experienced LCSW to deliver behavioral health services through secure virtual appointments. This role combines psychotherapy with care coordination, helping clients address both clinical concerns and challenges that may interfere with treatment. The successful candidate will be organized, clinically confident, and comfortable maintaining meaningful client relationships through telehealth.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in social work
- Valid Delaware LCSW license in good standing
- Prior experience delivering psychotherapy
- Understanding of behavioral health and social service resources
- Ability to manage clinical responsibilities independently
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Diagnose conditions within the scope of licensure
- Deliver ongoing psychotherapy to adult clients
- Establish measurable clinical objectives
- Evaluate risk and create appropriate safety plans
