About The Position
Join Our Rapidly Growing Team! As we continue to grow, we are looking for full-time licensed clinical social workers to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Requirements
- Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida
- A completed masters in social work.
- Participates in background screenings provided by AHCA.
Responsibilities
- Work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.
- Provide psychotherapy.
- Be a part of the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with our nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.
