About The Position
We’re seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote counseling and clinical support to clients throughout Delaware. In this position, you’ll meet with clients virtually, identify their needs, develop treatment goals, and support their progress through evidence-informed care. The role allows you to continue meaningful one-on-one client work while delivering professional care through telehealth.
Requirements
- Active Delaware LCSW license required
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
Nice To Haves
- Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote individual therapy services
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
- Help clients build coping strategies and problem-solving skills
- Review client progress and update treatment direction as needed
- Keep accurate records in compliance with clinical standards
- Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
- Participate in care coordination when needed
