About The Position

Requirements

Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program
Active Florida LCSW license required
Previous experience in outpatient therapy, telehealth, community mental health, private practice, or related clinical setting
Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Comfortable working with adults from different backgrounds and life circumstances
Reliable internet connection and a private space for remote sessions
Ability to work independently while following clinical guidelines

Responsibilities

Conduct remote therapy sessions with assigned clients
Complete initial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
Provide treatment for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, stress, grief, and adjustment issues
Create treatment plans with clear goals and measurable progress markers
Maintain accurate clinical notes and client records
Review client progress and update treatment direction as needed
Provide referrals or care recommendations when additional support is needed
Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
