About The Position

We’re hiring an Arizona-licensed LCSW for a remote clinical position. The role is primarily focused on individual therapy, with additional responsibility for clinical records, risk procedures, and occasional case consultation. You’ll have a regular weekday schedule and work with clients throughout Arizona by secure video. The position also includes opportunities to contribute to clinical reviews and support the wider team when needed.

Requirements

• Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and an EMR

Nice To Haves

• Therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a scheduled caseload of individual therapy clients
• Conduct intake appointments and gather relevant clinical information
• Determine treatment priorities and document clinical impressions
• Maintain progress notes and treatment records in the EMR
• Review cases and make appropriate changes to ongoing care
• Follow established procedures for risk assessment and crisis situations
