About The Position
The Remote Behavioral Health Clinician will manage a regular telehealth caseload and provide treatment from initial assessment through discharge planning. This role requires sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and consistent follow-through with documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in social work
- Valid Kansas LSCSW license in good standing
- Experience delivering outpatient mental health services
- Knowledge of risk assessment and crisis-response procedures
- Strong time-management and recordkeeping abilities
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic records
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Diagnose conditions within the scope of licensure
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide virtual psychotherapy to assigned clients
- Evaluate progress toward clinical goals
- Develop safety plans when clinically appropriate
- Meet all documentation and confidentiality requirements
