About The Position
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide remote clinical social work services to clients across Alaska. The position includes psychotherapy, psychosocial assessment, case follow-up, and coordination with healthcare or community resources when additional support is needed. The role requires sound clinical judgment, strong communication, and the ability to manage client cases independently in a telehealth setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Active LCSW license in Alaska.
- Experience with clinical assessments and personalized treatment planning.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth sessions with clients.
- Complete psychosocial assessments and review relevant client history.
- Provide psychotherapy within the LCSW scope of practice.
- Identify social, environmental, or practical factors that may affect care.
- Assist clients with referrals and access to additional resources.
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation.
- Protect client confidentiality and follow Alaska LCSW practice requirements.
