Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Active, unrestricted LCSW license
  • 3+ years recent experience (including 6 months within past year)
  • BLS certification
  • EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to meet deployment medical/physical requirements
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Valid U.S. Passport (18+ months remaining)
  • Ability to obtain/maintain MRPT security clearance
  • Fluent in English and able to deploy to Iraq

  • Background in trauma or crisis care

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnose mental health conditions
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methods
  • Respond to behavioral health crises with immediate intervention
  • Develop and manage treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients on mental health and available resources
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver integrated care
