About The Position

The LCSW provides behavioral health services in a deployed setting, delivering counseling, crisis intervention, and treatment planning to support mission readiness and overall wellbeing. You will work within a multidisciplinary team in a structured, high-impact environment.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
Active, unrestricted LCSW license
3+ years recent experience (including 6 months within past year)
BLS certification
EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to meet deployment medical/physical requirements
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Valid U.S. Passport (18+ months remaining)
Ability to obtain/maintain MRPT security clearance
Fluent in English and able to deploy to Iraq

Military or government contractor experience
Overseas or austere environment experience
Background in trauma or crisis care
