Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of practice within the United States.
  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct mental health services.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in clinical practice.
  • The Licensed Clinical Social Worker utilizes strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills daily to evaluate client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Communication skills are essential for building therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Organizational skills are critical for maintaining detailed and compliant clinical documentation and managing caseloads efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in healthcare or social assistance settings such as hospitals, community mental health centers, or outpatient clinics.

Responsibilities
