About The Position
The Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor will deliver individual mental health services through telehealth within a structured clinical model. Care is practical and outcome-driven, supported by consistent scheduling, defined processes, and a professional remote environment. This is a full-time position based in North Carolina, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and an annual salary of $115,000–$120,000.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LCMHC license.
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
- Experience in mental health treatment settings.
- Comfort using telehealth systems and electronic health records (EHRs).
- Strong time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Provide individual therapy sessions remotely.
- Create, adjust, and follow treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal care teams as needed.
- Uphold clinical quality and compliance standards.
