About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) licensed in New Hampshire to provide individual counseling through telehealth. The counselor will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment concerns, or other issues affecting emotional health and daily life. The role includes regular client sessions, clinical documentation, and follow-up throughout care, as well as using clinical judgment to determine when additional services or referrals may be appropriate.

The position is remote and full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The stated annual salary is $115,000–$120,000, with full benefits.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire LCMHC license in good standing.
• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensure.
• Full clinical licensure is required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role.
• Ability to work independently while meeting clinical quality and documentation expectations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing counseling services in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video appointments.
• Complete intake evaluations and review relevant client history.
• Help clients address emotional, behavioral, and situational concerns.
• Establish a clear direction for therapy based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Recognize changes that may require additional attention or outside support.
• Coordinate referrals when another service may be beneficial.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Follow New Hampshire LCMHC licensing and ethical requirements.
