About The Position

Breaking Free Services, LLC is a growing practice seeking exceptional, fully licensed clinicians to join their team. This part-time position focuses on working with children aged 5-17. The agency handles billing, scheduling, and client acquisition, allowing clinicians to focus on providing therapy. The role emphasizes flexibility, warmth, fun, continuous learning, loyalty, professionalism, and teamwork. Clinicians will have autonomy in their practice while being part of a supportive group environment.

Requirements

• Masters’ degree or higher in counseling or social work.
• Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the State of Florida.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Florida Resident Only.
• Experience/desire to work with children aged 5-17.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children aged 5-17.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director on cases.
• Build and manage a caseload of clients.
• Work with clients to schedule sessions based on office availability.
