About The Position
Breaking Free Services, LLC is a growing group practice seeking exceptional, fully licensed clinicians to join their team. This is a part-time, in-office position with the potential for some telehealth sessions, focusing on working with children aged 5-17. The practice offers the benefits of a group setting with administrative and billing support, clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth, while allowing clinicians autonomy in their practice. The position is located in the greater Tarpon Springs area of Florida, and applicants must be Florida residents.
Requirements
- Masters’ degree or higher in counseling or social work
- Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the State of Florida
- Florida Resident
- Experience/desire to work with children aged 5-17
- Experience/desire to work in the Tarpon Springs area
- Must pay for own malpractice insurance
- Must pay monthly access fees for EHR and phone systems ($60/month)
- Must maintain an active Psychology Today account

Responsibilities
- See clients
- Work with children aged 5-17
- Potentially conduct telehealth sessions
- Collaborate on cases with the Clinical Director
- Build caseload with provided clients
- Work with clients to schedule sessions based on office availability
