About The Position

Resilient Kids Child & Family Therapy is seeking a Licensed Child & Family Therapist (LPCMH / LCSW / LMFT) for an outpatient mental health therapy role in Middletown, Delaware. This is a full-time, W2 position. The practice was founded in 2017 with the belief that when therapists are supported, clients receive better care. They are expanding their clinical team to serve more children, adolescents, and families in New Castle County. The role offers consistent referrals, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive team environment. Therapists will focus on clinical work while the operational side is handled by a dedicated client care team.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Active Delaware license as an LPCMH, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or families through practicum, internship, agency, school, community mental health, or outpatient settings
  • Hold Delaware licensure as an LPCMH, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Enjoy working with children, teens, families, and young adults
  • Want to continue growing as clinicians

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and parents.
  • Work with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and self-esteem concerns.
  • Address family transitions, adoption, and co-parenting challenges.
  • Support parents seeking assistance for themselves and their children.
  • Maintain consistent weekly client sessions.
  • Complete documentation.
  • Participate in monthly case consultation with the Clinical Director.
  • Attend staff meetings and trainings.
  • Engage in approved administrative and practice-support activities.
