About The Position

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Atlanta (Buckhead), GA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Thriveworks is a clinician-led mental health care company founded in 2008, with over 340 locations and a nationwide hybrid care model. We serve over 175,000 clients annually and partner with health systems and primary care providers. We are hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. The ideal candidate is independently licensed and living in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW), consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly, a behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children, invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress, and confident working with modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools. A specialty in Child and Adolescent therapy and/or Play Therapy is preferred. Compensation is up to $97,000.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits. Thriveworks handles administrative work such as credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support. You will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
