About The Position

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Kennesaw, GA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Thriveworks is a clinician-led mental health care company founded in 2008, with over 340 locations and a nationwide hybrid care model. They serve over 175,000 clients annually and partner with health systems and primary care providers. As a clinician-led organization, Thriveworks supports its providers with the tools, community, and stability needed for a lasting career. The role involves providing compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country. Ideal candidates are independently licensed in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW), consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly, and are behavioral health generalists open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children. They should be invested in client progress, confident with clinical technology (telehealth, EHR), and good teammates. Specialties preferred include experience with Child and Adolescent counseling and/or Play Therapy.

Requirements

  • Independently licensed and living in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
  • A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
  • Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
