About The Position

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate, fully licensed Therapists (LCSW-C or LCPC) to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — scheduling, billing, insurance — so you can focus on care.

Requirements

• A valid, active LCSW-C or LCPC license in good standing in the state of Maryland
• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Professional Counseling
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
