About The Position

Impact Valuation Group (IVG) is expanding its appraiser network and is seeking Licensed & Certified Residential Appraisers. This part-time, flexible opportunity offers optional volume without quotas, pressure, or administrative burden. It's ideal for appraisers looking to supplement their existing business with steady work they can accept on their own terms. IVG provides administrative support, including scheduling, coordination, and payment handling, allowing appraisers full independence in their valuation, scope, and conclusions. The compensation is fee split based on monthly volume.

Requirements

• Active Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed)
• Current E&O insurance meeting lender requirements
• USPAP-compliant appraisal practice with strong attention to quality and detail
• Ability to complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally
• Reliable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process
• Familiarity with common appraisal software and forms (e.g., UAD-compliant reports)
• Ability to meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality standards
• Professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners, agents, and lender partners
• Access to reliable transportation and tools required to complete field inspections
• Willingness to complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements

Responsibilities

• Complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally
• Maintain USPAP-compliant appraisal practice with strong attention to quality and detail
• Communicate reliably and be responsive throughout the appraisal process
• Interact professionally with homeowners, agents, and lender partners
• Complete field inspections
• Complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements
