About The Position

Realm Health is seeking driven, competitive Licensed Insurance Agents to join their growing team. This role focuses on working directly with employees within existing employer groups to help them understand and enroll in insurance solutions. The employer groups are closed, and leads are provided, eliminating the need for cold prospecting. The position offers a unique opportunity to build trust, create value, and close sales in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Active Texas Life & Health Insurance License required
• Sales-driven, competitive, and motivated to win
• Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
