About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists to join its clinical team and provide high-quality behavioral healthcare. The role is part of a national outpatient mental healthcare provider offering evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults, both in clinics and through telemedicine. Therapists may work in person, remotely via telemedicine, or with a combination of both. The position offers flexible work schedules, productivity-based compensation, administrative support, and a collegial clinical environment.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed and credentialed in one or more U.S. states.
• Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral healthcare and patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver treatment to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Maintain clinical excellence while working as part of the clinical team.
