About The Position

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking experienced PRN Licensed Behavioral Health Specialists to support a federal behavioral health program in El Paso, Texas. This is an onsite, as-needed opportunity for independently licensed clinicians who can provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents when additional program coverage is needed. Whether you're growing a private practice, looking for supplemental work, transitioning toward retirement, or simply seeking greater flexibility, this opportunity allows you to put your clinical experience to work on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, families, and/or vulnerable populations
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and behavioral health best practices
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to provide onsite PRN coverage in El Paso, Texas

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, and/or child welfare
  • Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health environments
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience supporting federal or government-funded behavioral health programs
  • Flexible availability to support varying program needs

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite, trauma-informed behavioral health support to children and adolescents
  • Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services as appropriate
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
  • Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans
  • Help children and adolescents build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills
  • Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with vulnerable populations
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, program leadership, and multidisciplinary partners
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning
  • Provide coverage during scheduled needs, call-outs, vacations, staffing shortages, or periods of increased program demand
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and program standards in accordance with applicable requirements
