This opportunity is open to current Tepeyac Community Health Center Licensed Behavioral Health Providers only. The Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) provides behavioral health consultation, brief assessment, groups, prevention and interventions to adolescents and adults within their medical home to improve psychosocial functioning. Additionally, the BHP provides clinical mentorship to other BHPs and weekly supervision to Master’s and Doctorate interns. The BHP & Intern Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing internships within the Behavioral Health Department. This includes recruiting, interviewing and selecting qualified interns, creating and monitoring internship programs, and providing guidance and support to interns. This position will provide clinical and administrative supervision to BH interns and support learning and case consultation for other unlicensed BHPs. This role would also be working with internal departments and local graduate programs to ensure successful internships. The BHP works closely with BH Director to develop, implement, and/or refine Behavioral Health Program initiatives.
