About The Position

Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (JTCMHC) in Lawton, OK is currently recruiting for Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to join our dedicated team. We have several exciting vacancies across multiple departments, including the Adult Outpatient, and Children’s departments. Requirements

  • Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar credentials).
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field.
  • Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH).
  • For those under supervision: Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met by the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH).

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care in the behavioral health field.
  • Working in a supportive and collaborative environment across a variety of departments, including outpatient services, admissions, and children's mental health.
  • Supporting individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges.
  • Providing coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week.
  • Working weekends and overtime as required by business necessity.
