About The Position

This role involves providing comprehensive therapy, including conducting clinical assessments, delivering individual and group behavioral health counseling, and establishing targeted treatment goals. The position requires partnering with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to ensure coordinated care from admission to discharge. It also involves continually evaluating the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes, educating and connecting patients with external resources and therapeutic activities, and maintaining thorough, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Social Worker credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Associate Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained within 48 Months (4 years) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.
  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or another related field.
  • Clinical license LMHC, LCAC, LMFT, or LSW | LCSW.
  • Masters degree in behavioral health related field required.

Nice To Haves

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Associate license considered, Full clinical license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and strictly confidential records of clinical observations and treatment progress.
