Our vast array of services — educational, employment, vocational, residential, habilitative, and behavioral health — are delivered through a network of national and international affiliates. This allows us to take a comprehensive, holistic approach to improving the lives of every person we serve — those who receive and those who reap the benefits of our innovative, responsive solutions. As a Licensed Behavior Specialist within our IBHS program, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior support services. Under the guidance of a Clinical Coordinator, you’ll provide assessments, develop behavior management plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and treatment team members to drive lasting change. We welcome: Fully licensed Behavior Specialists, and Unlicensed LBS/BSL candidates with a Master’s degree, provided LBS or BSL certification is obtained/maintained as required.
