Bancroft is actively seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence. This team consists of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds) who provide services across the organization. The LBA will work collaboratively to treat challenging behavior, build skills, and engage with a large group of like-minded clinicians. The position is for the Lakeside Program, serving adults primarily with ASD and related diagnoses who experience acute behavioral challenges. The program is largely campus-based, offering residential and vocational services in one setting, and also serves individuals in satellite community residences. The LBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team, including operations, habilitation, medical, and behavioral services. The role involves directing the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, as well as skill acquisition components of treatment. The LBA will also take on a leadership and supervisory role, managing ABA Specialists (often LBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work.
