Requirements
- A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
Nice To Haves
- Existing client book.
- Experience with trending fades and beard grooming.
- Business building skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform precision haircuts, fades, and other barbering services.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service to build guest loyalty.
- Potentially offer services such as color and beard grooming.
- Sell retail products to clients.
