This is a high-volume shop with a member base that expects the same quality on visit fifty as visit one. Dependable, punctual, and coachable barbers will thrive here. This shop was built as a membership business on purpose, because a full chair shouldn’t depend on luck. That structure is why members keep coming back — and why barbers here can count on their income instead of hoping for it. Requirements

A licensed barber who is confident and consistent in: Men’s haircuts, fades, and line-ups
Beard grooming and straight razor services
Precision detailing, every time — not just on a good day
Following a structured service process (the Golden Standard)
Keeping a clean, sanitation-compliant station
Active Georgia Barber License
Evening and weekend availability
Strong communication and client service skills
Reliable, consistent, and open to coaching

Responsibilities

Deliver haircuts, beard work, razor services, and premium grooming per the Golden Standard
Build real relationships with members — this is a retention business, not a one-and-done shop
Keep station organized and compliant
Work with the concierge/front desk team to pre-book and protect your book
Show up as part of a team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously
