This isn’t a walk-in shop hoping for foot traffic — it’s a loyal membership base already outpacing the Hammer & Nails system average for new locations, which means a full chair without the chasing. This role is a fit for a barber who wants steady bookings, real income, and a shop that runs on structure instead of chaos.
Requirements
- Active Georgia Barber License
- Evening and weekend availability
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Reliable, consistent, and open to coaching
Nice To Haves
- Confident and consistent in men’s haircuts, fades, and line-ups
- Confident and consistent in beard grooming and straight razor services
- Precision detailing, every time — not just on a good day
- Following a structured service process (the Golden Standard)
- Keeping a clean, sanitation-compliant station
Responsibilities
- Deliver haircuts, beard work, razor services, and premium grooming per the Golden Standard
- Build real relationships with members — this is a retention business, not a one-and-done shop
- Keep station organized and compliant
- Work with the concierge/front desk team to pre-book and protect your book
- Show up as part of a team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously
