About The Position

SmartStyle Salon, conveniently located inside Walmart, is a premier salon offering high-quality hair services. Our team of passionate and talented professional hairstylists is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. This role involves providing exceptional leadership, guest service, understanding guest needs, providing quality consultations, and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner. The franchise owner, Requis Inc., is one of the largest and most loved Salon Franchises in the US with over 500 employees Nationwide.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Tech savvy
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math
• Good eyesight including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
• Comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements
• Comfortable with lifting 10-25 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments
